Her Story

Built From the Ground Up

Hilary Saxton has built businesses across more industries than most people attempt in a lifetime. She started as a personal trainer and nutritionist, then built and operated multiple Pilates studios, manufactured Pilates equipment, and founded her own Pilates training school. She has renovated over 20 properties, worked as a property manager, and transitioned into full-scale property development. Today she is General Manager of Property Mastermind, Director and Partner at Ultra Urban and Ultra Urban Capital, and is currently delivering $47 million in active property development projects across Australia.

She holds qualifications in HR and marketing, is a certified personality profiler, and has spent years as a life coach and business coach before specialising in property coaching. Hilary has never waited for the right moment. She has always just gone.

An 8-time award winner including 5× International Stevie Awards, Titan Gold for Outstanding Female Entrepreneur 2026, Abel Book Awards Gold for Best Mindset Book, and Best of Australia Small Business Award, Hilary is one of Australia and New Zealand's most decorated women in business.
